Good morning everybody! I just got a little bit of breakfast. I want to talk with something that I started doing about 8 months ago that has just increased my productivity tremendously. I started using this 10X planner. It’s by Grant Cardone, grantcardone.com.
Listen, I’m not getting paid for this. I get no kickback at all. This is just simply because this thing right here has been a game changer as far as increasing my productivity tremendously. I used to keep a to do list on my phone and then other times I’ve written it down. Writing your goals or your to do list down is a lot better than putting it in your phone. There’s something about just crossing off stuff when it’s completed and physically taking the time to write everything down. It kind of gets ingrained in your mind. This planner right here, as you can see I fill up my entire day. You can see all the texts were written on there. This is all past days. This side, it breaks into blocks between 6:00 and 9:00, 9:00 and 12:000, 12:00 and 3:00, 3:00 and 6:00, and 9:00 then nine 9:00 o’clock home. The neat thing is every morning you write your goals down. You go throughout the day. You’ll have some targets you might set. If there’s a quote of the day, something that means something to you. You might use that. I don’t always use that, but I’ll put some targets. My overall big targets that I’m trying to accomplish. The end of the day, you’ve got successes and then you write your goals again. So, you’re writing your goals twice a on this planner. Do your best to fill the planner completely up, all the way from start to finish.
Either it’d be too much on there, there’d be so much on there. You can’t complete it all and you get on it the next day. Something like this is going to be critical once you start working with JRA and go to the JRA way or if you’re watching the videos. You’re able to do it a little bit on your own where you’re not on the truck all the time. You’re going to have to do a planner of some sort. Otherwise, you won’t be forcing yourself to get everything done that there really needs to get done. The other thing, on your schedule, I have found it to be become tremendously more productive
Getting a workout in the morning. If you’re on the truck, you might not work out and all that much and that’s understandable. You starting the first thing. Well, you need to get into office anyway and get people checked in generally. Getting that workout in the early in the morning, that gets you the blood flowing. Becomes so much more productive once you get that done. Get that working out first thing. Knock your planners out and then just start checking things off all the way through. This 10X planner, it is really cheap. It’s three months of things. I think you can get a 4-pack and they’re like 90 bucks for 4-pack or something. It’s almost $30 each planner. It might be cheaper than 90 bucks. Grancardone.com has this thing. The 10X planner. It has been a tremendous help to me. It has increased my productivity tremendously. I buy it for a lot of our key team members. You should do the same. You should definitely own as you have a management type team members and team members that are off the truck. Get them a planner. It will pay dividends for everybody that uses it. Talk to everybody soon!
