Hey guys quick check in here. It has to be quick because it’s 6:00 and I have about another four phone calls to make with people interested in business packages and Pay-per-job. A quick check-in. We’ve had several calls today and it’s been a very busy week for Junk Doctors. The most of it is our Pay-per-job customers. However, we’ve missed out on about three jobs today which is for Pay-per-job customers because they couldn’t do same or next day bookings. Again, I want to reiterate how important it is to be able to do that in this business. You will not realize it generally unless you accept those same-day bookings. So, you see how many people want a booking or otherwise wouldn’t. Another one is you got somebody like me sitting here telling you 20 percent of our business is from the same day.
Most of that is because people had to go that very same day. Today we’ve had people on at least three jobs that I’ve taught at the call center reps. We missed out on our partners, because they either weren’t available today or tomorrow. We need to find a way to make it work. I’m just telling everybody this to help them out. Take their same-day bookings no matter what and have a little urgency. Make guys stay later than they expected and come in earlier than they thought they would. It’s going to be a little stressful getting all of those jobs for sure. If you just do it for about a year or year and a half then you’re going to be able to get an additional truck and people which makes getting to those same-day bookings better. That same day person is going to reuse, refer, and review you. That’s going to lead to a lot more business for you. That means you’re going to be able to get an additional truck and people. It’s going to be a lot easier to keep up with it. Once you got three or six trucks in a location or whatever then it’s tremendously easier to accommodate those same-day bookings. The stress is mostly gone at that point. Have a sense of urgency. Tell your wife or girlfriend that you’re not going to make dinner that night at the agreed time. Your kid that you can’t make the soccer game. That job needs to be done. Once it is done, put up with this for a year or year and a half. We’re going to be busy and be able to have freedom where we can do whatever we want to do. You have to get to same-day bookings.
It’s absolutely huge that you need to do that. I’m hoping to talk to everybody real soon. We have Pay-per-job. We’re at our test market and in 12 cities. We are capped now and accepting a waiting list. We have people waiting to get on board. We got Miami, St. Pete, San Antonio and Hampton VA. It’s all on the waiting list. We’re finalizing the Pay-per-job. We’re kind of doing a last-minute change on website improving. We’re coming to your city if you want to be on board with it.
