What’s up guys! LG here on a Saturday. Actually, heading over to get my father-in-law. Indeed, heading over to get my father-in-law. I had 25 plants that we’re going to be planting today. One of the things that I always touch on in our videos is to create a junk removal business. Create a business that runs without you. As of last night, we had 15 jobs in Raleigh. We had 10 jobs in Charlotte. It might be 11 jobs. We had 3 in Greensboro.
I haven’t talked to anybody yet. I have spoken to Christian a little while ago to check and make sure everybody is good, and everything was running smoothly. Other than that, I haven’t talked with anybody about how jobs are going. When my father-in-law asked me to give him a hand, he just said that I’ve got 20 plants that I need to get in or that I will be planting tomorrow. I called him up this morning. I was planning on going to the beach and just decided to not go to the beach until maybe later this afternoon. I called him up this morning and said “Hey you need a hand to put these plants. I will come over there. Go over and give him a hand.”
Build the business without you, as of today, we’ll do $8,000 in income something like that. I work 7 days a week on something. I got this video I’m putting out now. Later on, we got some stuff I’m working on, but it’s my schedule. If you can say yes to people when they need help, you can do a lot more support. You can help out a lot more people friends and family members and that kind of stuff if you don’t have to be somewhere at a specific time. If you control your schedule and your schedule doesn’t control you, then you’re able to help a tremendous amount of people. I’m not on the truck doing the labor might I can pay some of our guys 12, 13, 14, and 15 bucks an hour to do labor.
When I go out, I get more sales. I work on national contracts. I work on educating other people on how to set up their junk removal business. That type of work pays more. What you need to figure out is what your most profitable work is? I can tell you run a junk removal business. It’s going to be sales. It is going to be making sure you’ve got proper equipment behind your guys. Making sure your guys are doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Let the guys do the work while you build up that schedule by working on the sales. If you get all that squared away then when your friends and family members ask for help, you can say yes. Should you choose to? I get a lot of enjoyment out of that.
