Your agent will go through a rigorous four-week training to learn our proven strategy for answering inquiries and booking junk removal jobs. Then, about a week before your Virtual Assistant goes “live,” you will meet your agent to go over all the things that make your business unique and are important to you. By doing this, we can make certain that they represent your brand and follow your business workflows to a tee.
