Junk Doctors came to our house last week. They did above and beyond what we expected. We had them remove everything from our attic. I asked if they would sweep it out and they did, saying no problem! The guys were very nice and personable. Besides removing items to haul away, they also moved items from the attic to our storage room or garage. Also, tossed debris from our backyard. They did a good job fitting the stuff into the truck so our quote of a full load was cut in half. Very fair pricing for the work done!

Probably the simplest and most effective service I’ve ever scheduled! We were in the middle of a move and had a large pile of trash and other random items they wouldn’t fit in the trash. I filled out a form online and someone was at our house in 2 days! He provided a quote and did the job immediately! In the end of cost a little more than the quote but it saves us time and energy! Well worth it!

They arrived at the scheduled time and explained the process, were very quick in loading the truck, helpful in loading my personal vehicle with a very heavy item I was keeping and did their best to maximize the space. Although it took two loads they were able to complete the emptying of a 10' X 10' storage unit in 1 1/2 hours including a run to the dump.

Junk Doctors was same day available when I called and also available within the time frame I requested. Then they actually called to verify if they could come by early, which for me was quite helpful. Service was very professional and quick. We had them pick up a non-working freezer and for me the immediacy of their availability was super important. Other options would have taken way more time and coordination with others.

Anthony and Christopher were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I wish I could give the 10 stars. From start to finish they went above and beyond my expectations. They were happy, polite, hardworking, and SO STRONG. I’ve been in the moving/junk removal business for over a decade and they were hands down the best pair I’ve ever met. When I reached out online for a quote I received a response in just a couple minutes. I had also reached out to a couple other junk removal businesses to get quotes and I’ve yet to get a response. With all the choices we have in the triangle of junk removal companies, Junk Doctors are far above the rest!! I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to everyone I know!! I called Junk Doctors for a quote on the removal of several items from a property I manage. They got back to me really quick. Christian asked me to text some pictures of some of the items that I had mentioned for removal. I sent him the photos. A few minutes later he sent me a firm quote. I accepted the quote. ( which was very reasonable!) On the day for removal, the Junk Doctor guys arrived on time, were very polite and professional. They removed all the items in less than 15 minutes. They even took a couple of items that I had forgotten to mention without any additional charge! I highly recommend Junk Doctor if you are looking to have unwanted items, large or small removed from your property. Thank you JD!

Great service! Called in the morning for them to pick up a dead fridge. They gave a two hour window for that afternoon. Communication was great. Called me a half hour before arriving, showed up on time, and hauled it away.
